PREPARATION OF THE SCREEN

DSL has over 30 years of experience in the production of screens for a wide variety of applications. In our halls you will find machines with which screens of any format can be covered, exposed and cleaned. Hundreds of satisfied customers have placed their trust in us over time and we have always found a solution to supply the right screen, whether in large format or for small components of printed electronics.

In the preparation of screens, we use NITOKKU & ASADA MESH products, whose wide range and high quality allow us to meet the challenges of the most demanding projects. The expert meshes either made out of PVC or stainless steel are a perfect base for the high quality frames made in our facilities. In our HQ we have multiple stretching machines and capacities to handle all sizes of frames, as well as a state of the art CTS exposure machine.

In the screen preparation and exposure room, we use KIWO's screen printing chemicals to provide the highest quality for the project entrusted to us. Our screens for screen printing work perfectly with MARABU, ELANTAS & TIFLEX inks. With our paint mixing plant we are able to formulate almost any color, regardless of the type of paint (UV, LED, thinner).
