without harm to the basic functions of the paint) 
- has a high electrical resistance of the paint layer 
- excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion and scratching after final drying for 30 minutes in temp. of 
min. 250 ° C
Mara® Glass MGL
INK FOR GLASS, METAL, CERAMICS & PAINTED SUBSTRATES



 
- silicone-free, 2-component, high gloss and medium opacity 
- suitable for printing on: glass, ceramics, metals (also thinly anodized aluminum), chrome and varnished surfaces 
- also suitable for laminating glass
- parallel to the physical drying the paint layer is properly hardened by a chemical cross-linking reaction 
between the paint and the hardener 
- the pigments used are resistant to fading, however MGL is not suitable for outdoor applications where 
there is direct radiation sunlight or contact with moisture 
- after proper drying, the paint layer shows excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion and scratching 
(the printed paint layer must be hardened for 30 minutes at 140 ° C)
Mara® Glass MGLA
PRINTING ON FLAT GLASS



 
- silicone-free, 2-component, glossy, with high opacity 
- resistant to chemicals & weather conditions (good temperature resistance and high resistance to light) 
- suitable for lamination with very good bonding properties 
- suitable for so-called "second surface" in outdoor areas: city control systems, automatic machines, ship 
and tractor controls, door / bell systems, digital city maps, automotive 
- optimal for printing on flat glass: soda-lime glass, opti-white (white glass), borosilicate glass, Corning® 
Gorilla® glass, Schott Xensation ™ glass (ideal printing conditions are room temperature 20-25 ° C and 
45-60% humidity)
- the pigments used are highly resistant to fading, but MGLA is not suitable for outdoor applications 
where there is direct sunlight or contact with moisture

- 1 or 2-component high gloss with the best possible hiding and thixotropic structure (does not drip when the machine is stationary) 
- fast curing with very high resistance to water and water vapor 
- flexible paint layer after printing and the possibility of transferring with hot-stamping foil 
- designed for direct printing on packaging and containers, but LEDC is not suitable for direct contact with 
food or for printing on materials that come into contact with food (migration of substances contained in 
formula or introduced as a result of contamination); excluded materials constituting a natural migration barrier 
- after proper drying, the paint layer has excellent adhesion, resistance to abrasion, scratching, solvents 
(DIN 16524), alcohol (96% ethanol), finger sweat and other commonly used fillers, Alkaline and acidic agents
- substrates: pre-treated polyethylene (HDPE / LDPE) and polypropylene, pretreated or untreated PET /

Ultra Glass LEDGL
UV LED CURING INK FOR PACKAGING & COMMERCIAL GLASS


- 2-component (before printing, add the appropriate amount of UV-HV8 and mix evenly) with high reactivity 
- high gloss and degree of coverage (also on dark surfaces thanks to highly opaque shades) 
- very fast-curing with excellent resistance to scratches, alkalis, chemicals and dishwasher
- safe resistance to fading: pigments of medium to high resistance to weather conditions were used in LEDGL, 
but due to the binders used, LEDGL shades are suitable for limited outdoor use for a period of 3 months 
- suitable for: pre-prepared HDPE / LDPE polyethylene, pre-prepared, cold-coated packaging 
glass (e.g. beverage bottles), pre-prepared flat glass inside, pre-prepared cosmetic bottles , pre-prepared 
restaurant glass, glazed ceramics, metal, anodized aluminum, painted surfaces, PETG

- high gloss, basic shades, 4-color process inks, satin gloss 
- fast drying, flexible (suitable for embossing, cutting and grooving) 
- perfect detail print and good chemical resistance to commonly used removers, finger sweat and alcohol 
- good resistance to fading thanks to which standard colors and 4 process colors are suitable for use in 
external conditions in relation to the Central European climate for 2 years if placed vertically 
- high mechanical resistance after proper and thorough drying (the paint layer shows excellent adhesion, 
abrasion and scratch resistance) 
- suitable for substrates: self-adhesive PVC and rigid PVC films, polystyrene (PS) and ABS, polycarbonate

DIRECT PRINTING ON CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING



- 1-component or 2-component thixotropic structure 
- very fast drying, high gloss (when printing on very hot substrates, the gloss level will noticeably decrease)
and excellent water resistance 
- the printed paint layer is flexible (e.g. on tubes); can be coated with hot-stamped films , polyamide PA 
(for PA it is recommended to add a hardener) 
- fade resistance: all UVC colors (except UVC 934) contain pigments with good or high fading resistance 
- mechanical resistance: after thorough drying, the paint layer has exceptional adhesion and resistance to 
fading, abrasions, scratches, thinners (DIN 16 524), alcohol (96% ethanol), sweat from fingers and other 
common bases and acids
Ultra Form UVFM  
DESIGNED FOR DEEP MOLDING



- basic shades and UVFM 170; process colors transparent with satin gloss 
- high flexibility and smoothness of the printed ink layer determine very good forming and finishing
- ideal for high quality displays, promotional boards, molded articles 
- chemical resistance: low due to the high flexibility of the paint 
- mechanical resistance: excellent adhesion and resistance to abrasion and scratching is achieved after 24 
hours (after cooling down to room temperature, the paint layer should withstand a cutting test) 
 - resistance to cutting fading: pigments with high resistance to weather conditions were used (basic colors 
are suitable for outdoor use up to 3 years, vertical, Central European climate) 
- substrates: self-adhesive PVC film, hard PVC, PMMA acrylic glass, PS polystyrene, ABS, PC polycarbonate, 
PETG, paper, cardboard, PP pre-treated, also corrugated 
Ultra Pack UVFP  
LOW MIGRATION



- the first officially confirmed low migration to plastic PE / PP ink developed in accordance with strict 
applicable requirements for printing on food and cosmetic packaging; ensures real and proven safety during 
printing on these packages (prevents the migration of harmful elements from the outside of the printed side 
to the inside of the package) 
- low migration concerns only the product itself, other auxiliaries added to the ink may affect its properties 
- quickly curing, shiny with very good covering 
- the printed paint layer achieves optimal adhesion and scratch resistance as well as some solvents, such as 
alcohol or gasoline, after 24 hours; resistance to sweat and popular alkaline and acid fillers is limited 
- substrate: pre-prepared PE (HDPE / MDPE / LDPE) and PP (flame treated) 
Ultra Glass UVGL
UV-CURING INK FOR PACKAGING & COMMERCIAL GLASS, GLAZED CERAMICS & METALS



- silk-screen ink, 2-component, fast drying (exception: UVGL 170 opaque white, sandblasting 
imitation, highly opaque and metallic shades and primers - cure much slower) with high gloss (UVGL color 
shades - if necessary - they can be coated with metal) 
- shows very high resistance to: scratching, alkaline compounds, chemicals and washing in dishwashers
- suitable for the following surfaces: prepared flat glass used in interiors glass (e.g. mirrors, furniture glass, 
arcade glass, games glass), prepared, cold-coated packaging glass (e.g. beverage bottles), prepared glass for 
cosmetic packaging, prepared restaurant glass (e.g. glasses , Ashtrays, vases), ceramics, metals, anodized 
aluminum, painted surfaces 
- fade resistance: UVGL shades are suitable for limited outdoor use - 3 months

- high gloss and high opacity 
- very high chemical resistance and a variety of applications
- a particular application in printing on packaging, also in graphic and industrial screen printing where 
problematic substrates are used or when the highest resistance to chemicals and a high gloss are required 
- UVP is a very cross-linked paint which tends to crack, is not flexible and cannot be rolled 
- fade resistance: pigments of medium to high resistance to weather conditions have been used in all UVP 
colors; the prints can be used indoors and to a limited extent outdoors
- suitable for substrates: prepared PP and PE, powder and wet-coated substrates, metals, glass (decorative
for use in interiors without the influence of humidity), hard PVC, polystyrene, ABS / SAN, PETG / PETA, PC, 
self-adhesive PVC films, PMMA 
- suitable for printing on glass , but it can also be used for metal and plastic after prior testing

DIRECTLY PRINTING ON PET CONTAINERS AND PACKAGING


- 1- or 2-component with high gloss (no risk of tarnishing under the influence of heat, i.e. when 
printing on hot substrates)
