Pad printing machines operate on the principle of flat printing, i.e. transferring the ink from the matrix to the printed object using a silicone pad. For the printing, steel or polymer matrices are used, which are covered with ink, and the excess is removed with a squeegee from the pattern placed on the matrix. The remaining amount of ink goes to a pad, which transfers the print onto the substrate of various shapes.
TTN 100 Universal
This is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine with which you can print 1-color. The pad printing machine is standard equipped with a base plate 100x250 mm and a 90 mm ink cup with which you can print a maximum of 80 mm in diameter.
The larger models of baseplates and ink cups are available in the following sizes:
– Base plate 150x300 mm in combination with a 120 mm ink cup, with which you can print a maximum of 110 mm in diameter.
– Base plate 150x300 mm in combination with a 134 mm ink cup, with which you can print a maximum of 124 mm in diameter.
– Base plate 200x250 mm in combination with an oval ink cup 90x190 mm, with which you can print a maximum of 80x180 mm oval size.
This is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine with which you can print 1-color. The pad printing machine is standard equipped with a base plate 100x250 mm and a 90 mm ink cup with which you can print a maximum of 80 mm in diameter.

An oval ink cup of 90x190 mm can also be used with this pad printing machine for extra large rectangular prints in 1-color.
This is an electro-pneumatic pad printing machine with which you can print 2-colors. The pad printing machine is standard equipped with a base plate 200x250 mm and two 90 mm ink cups with which you can print a maximum of 80 mm in diameter per color.
An oval ink cup of 90x190 mm can also be used with this pad printing machine for extra large rectangular prints in 1-color.
