EXPOSURE MACHINES
Multi DX!
Nowadays most printers house various printing processes with different printing forms in their facilities. At least two CtP systems would therefore be required for exposure. The hybrid technology of the MultiDX! allows the installation of two laser technologies with different wavelengths (e.g. 405 nm UV and 940 nm IR), so that all printing forms can be exposed in one system. Offset, Flexo, letterpress and screen printing units can be installed in the same printing press (from Gallus, Mark Andy, Nilpeter and others). Switching from one wavelength to another is fully automated.
With the MultiDX! 320 and 340, Lüscher Technologies has further developed their unique flatbed imagesetter and equipped it with the latest technology. The new structure allows the MultiDX! 320 with double the number of lasers.

XPose!
Over 70 years of experience in mechanical engineering and the graphics industry went into the development of the XPose!. Precision mechanical engineering paired with the latest laser technology in different wavelengths of 375 / 405 / 830 / 940 nm through fiber-coupled laser diodes stand for maximum production reliability and lowest costs in maintenance and operation of the system. The XPose! is therefore able to expose all relevant printing plates in just one machine.

JetScreen
The JetScreen CS and LT are high-tech CtS system with UV laser for large formats up to 5500 x 3200 mm. Depending on the required quality, the desired resolution can be freely selected at the push of a button. Whether 635, 1270 or 2540 dpi: the resolution is directly related to the output performance. This is how the JetScreen! LT works always in the optimum quality and speed range. Optionally, the resolution of certain JetScreen! LT types can also be increased up to 5080 dpi.
