PAD PRINTING

Pad printing is a printing process that takes place using a special silicone pad that applies an image to an object. Compared to screen printing, pad printing allows printing on irregularly shaped objects, convex or concave, as well as on elements whose surface is rough or, on the contrary, extremely smooth. This is due to the tampon's design, which is soft and flexible.

Pad Printing also allows for interesting decorations as well as for marketing products, for example in advertising. This method works best when printing on small items or curved surfaces. It is a quick method of applying paint to objects, especially when pad printing is done using a single color and a simple printing pattern. This method uses mainly solvent-based inks and pad printing matrices. Increasing the number of colors during printing extends the printing time, and obtaining photorealistic details in this case is very difficult, therefore pad printing works best when printing with one or two colors. There are practically no material limitations in the use of pad printing. You can print on glass, ceramics as well as on plastics or other surfaces.

These squeegee pots are available in 90x190mm and 120x270mm.

 BENEFITS

The quality of this type of printing allows for higher resolution than screen printing, especially on surfaces that are difficult to cover with solvent-based paint using traditional methods, and at the same time pad printing can boast great resistance to abrasion and chemicals.
