STAINLESS STEEL MESH

DSLs partner Asada mesh manufactures steel mesh of the highest quality that outmatches its competition in all aspects. With the industry pushing to print finer lines continually, Asadas products never failed to deliver.

Asada Products have the smallest variablity in opening size.

The world’s smallest opening of 13µ has an exceptional accuracy of a standard deviation of 2.1µ.

Environmentally friendly production and commitment to reuse of resources.

We know the challenges of fine line printing can be very demanding. Luckily Asada Mesh is constantly working together with a multitude of research facilities to enable the growth of the technology and overcome all obstacles.

Basic Strength Stainless Steel Wire Woven Cloth

STANDARD BS

Using 25% higher tensile strength than standard SUS304, Standard-BS is Asada Meshs standard product.

It is adopted for wide use such as 100 micron fine line or thin deposit printing for MLCC.

It is also used for sieving and filtration industries.

HARDMESH MS

MS-Hardmesh is woven with 30% higher tensile strength wires than BS-Standard to meet screen printing demands such as high dimensional accuracy and screen mask longevity.

Asada Mesh was successful in developing 640 or 730 mesh, which are mainly used in MLCC industries.

It is also appropriate for fine line printing and used for drawing 30 micron electrode lines in touch panel applications.

SUPERMESH HS & SHS

By using stainless steel wires of 3 times higher strength than BS with low elongation, wires are woven at an opening “ratio” of 60%.

It is appropriate for solder bump or paste dropping printing.

ULTRA HARD MESH HS-D

Tensile strength of Supermesh HS-D is over 3 times greater than BS- Standard.

Produces more stable and dimentional accurate print plus it has an expected longevity of 2X-3X of convertional meshes.

Screen printing potential will be further enhanced.
3D MESH

Wires are woven into special weaving structure yields a mesh 3 times thicker than the wire diameter.

3D-mesh is suitable for solid printing.

SOLIDMESH S4&S5

By weaving flexible wire through super strong wire, Asada Mesh has made a unique mesh that is 4 to 5 times thicker than other mesh. Solidmesh, as it is called, is ideal for thicker screen printing.

CALENDERING

Woven Wire Cloth can be roll-calendering to be thinner and flatter with a special rolling mill independently developed. It is capable of preparing 2 meter width rolls and reducing the thickness down to 50%.

In the MLCC application mesh thickness plays a large role in printing thin and consistent thickness and calendering 500, 640 and 730 mesh are mainly used recently. Thickness can be controlled with an accuracy level of 1.0 micron.

BLACK MESH BLK

By making the surface of the stainless steel wire cloth black, it minimizes random reflection of light during exposure.

It is useful when fine pattern image must be exposed and achieves high precision resolution.
