Verify is Global Visions cloud-based proofreading tool which enables the users to use all the GV inspection modules without even having to install any software. Verify is deployed easily and quickly via the web. There are multiple levels of security compliance and a monitored, secured, encrypted environment using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Another game changer is Verifys ability to integrate with other platforms using API. The tool is fully validated.

Text inspection

Ability to detect all changes between Word, PDF, XML & other text files, regardless of layout or format in over 30 languages. It groups the found differences into 14 categories as demanded by the EMA: fonts, font sizes, color, hyphens, deletions & insertions, underline/italic/bold, spelling, location & more. GlobalVision Text Inspection works by running a character to character comparison to inspect each Unicode value.

Image inspection

Inspect artwork & images directly in your files with Global Visions cloud-based image comparison. Compare images in your original and revision files to ensure that no unintended changes have occurred in your content. Identify differences like missing graphics, shifted images, and color or size differences.

Barcode & Braille Control

Verify also includes the ability to verify, translate and evaluate barcodes and 2D codes. The software evaluates each barcode according to CEN/ANSI/ISO standards and is 21 CFR Part 11 / EMA Annex 11 compliant. Braille is also read and translated according to the Marburg Medium Standard, so that all elements on your files can be fully checked.
