PROTECTIVE FILM
KIWOMASK W 128
"Liquid" protective film that is either coated over a large area or partially on the surface to be protected. KIWOMASK W 128 is colorless, water-based and can be diluted with deionized or distilled water to adjust the viscosity. After drying, the film is water-resistant and very resistant to mechanical stress. For example, it is applied as a temporary protection on scratch-sensitive surfaces (e.g. glass, metal and various plastics) before further work steps.
KIWOMASK S 110 Blue
KIWOMASK S 110 is a removable screen-printable medium for the decoration or protection of glass and many other substrates against mechanical damage. After drying, KIWOMASK S 110 can be removed. Carry out tests in regards to the adhesion and removability of the dried film on the different substrates. Avoid contact with water, do not store the coated parts in humid climate.
KIWOMASK Print n' Peel Clear
Thanks to higher UV and temperature stability, the protective film of the products does not age or become embrittled. Even after several hours of temperature exposure up to 90°C and frequent UV drying cycles, the protective film survives without any loss of quality. KIWOMASK Print n' Peel Clear can be easily removed from the substrate surface, even after thermoforming processes. The special formulation prevents tearing when the protective film is peeled off and the retention of punctual residues at the print edge after peeling. KIWOMASK Print n' Peel Clear are compatible with almost all common substrates such as polycarbonate, polyester, polyamide or PMMA and are also suitable for primer or hard-coat coatings.
