Text Inspection

Ability to detect all changes between Word, PDF, XML & other text files, regardless of layout or format in over 30 languages. It groups the found differences into 14 categories as demanded by the EMA: fonts, font sizes, color, hyphens, deletions & insertions, underline/italic/bold, spelling, location & more. GlobalVision Text Inspection works by running a character to character comparison to inspect each Unicode value.

Text inspection includes:

– text control regardless of format & layout
– all languages inspectable in Unicode

– checks if the text location has changed

Graphics & Print Inspection

This module inspects digital artwork files and proofs pixel by pixel to an approved file for errors. It detects all changes including color, missing or added elements, Barcode and registration errors. It is able to inspect 1 bit tiff and AI files and also to compare multiple sample repeats to a single master file.

Graphics inspection includes:

– color irregularities
– control of text converted into graphics
– graphic deficiencies
– inspect different file types with each other

Print inspection includes:

– smudges
– print defects
– control of whole press sheets
– control of multiple repeats in one go

Barcode Inspection

This module verifies, decodes, and grades Barcodes and 2D Codes. It features a detailed analysis of all the Barcodes and 2D Codes on a sample including bar width reduction measurement & barcode magnification measurement. The software grades each barcode according to CEN/ANSI/ISO standards and is 21 CFR Part 11 / EMA Annex 11 compliant.

Barcode inspection includes:

– reading, grading and translation of most Barcode types
– QR and micro QR code are inspectable
– DataMatrix code and Digimarc included
– inspection of all codes on a print in one go
– color grading following ISO standards

Braille Inspection

This module inspects, translates and verifies Braille for added or missing dots in 43 languages. It meets all Braille standards for pharmaceutical & health- care Braille packaging, including the Marburg Medium. The software detects missing or added Braille dots, translates Braille during inspection into readable text, measures Braille dot spacing and is 21 CFR Part 11 / EMA Annex 11 compliant and a full validation is available.

Braille inspection includes:

– Braille language control in all languages possible
– point distribution & point height are measured
– check and compare to Marburg Medium Standard
– translation into plain text
