AZOCOL Z 1
Solvent and water resistant Diazo-UV-polymer photoemulsion. AZOCOL Z 1 is used for the production of high-quality, solvent and water resistant stencils. Universally suitable for nearly all applications in screen printing. Ink resistances are hardly affected by high air humidity. Easily decoatable.
AZOCOL Z 140
For general use in screen printing. AZOCOL Z 140 is a veritable „all-rounder“ – due to its very good water and solvent resistance its suitable for all graphic screen printing jobs. Particularly noteworthy is the good image quality, combined with excellent print performance. Despite its good resistance values, AZOCOL Z 140 always remains easily decoatable.
AZOCOL POLY-PLUS HV
Highly viscous Diazo-UV-polymer photoemulsion. AZOCOL POLY-PLUS HV is used for the production of high-quality, solvent and water resistant stencils. High viscosity and solids content make it especially suitable for the coating of coarse mesh or for stencils that require a high coating thickness (electronic industry, gasket printing,...).
AZOCOL POLY-PLUS S
Solvent resistant Diazo-UV-polymer photoemulsion. AZOCOL POLY-PLUS S is used for the production of high-quality, solvent resistant stencils. High resolution and excellent mesh bridging make it suitable for printing finest half-tones, lettering and designs (circuit boards, ceramic decals, scales). Due to its high elasticity AZOCOL POLY-PLUS S is suitable for printing hollow bodies and if printing over material edges. A relatively good water resistance allows short runs with water based printing inks.
AZOCOL POLY-PLUS RS
Solvent and water resistant Diazo-UV-polymer emulsion. AZOCOL POLY-PLUS RS is used for the production of high-quality, solvent and water resistant stencils. Especially suitable for the coating of nickel screens and rotary printing cylinders. Very high solids content, excellent copying properties and easily decoatable.
